Job Description:
As a Part-time Administrative Assistant at Rini Logistics, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks crucial for the smooth operation of our logistical processes. Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Entering and maintaining data in the system
- Processing incoming and outgoing documents
- Assisting in preparing reports and overviews
- Maintaining contact with colleagues and clients regarding administrative matters
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Job Requirements:
- Vocational education and thinking level, preferably in an administrative direction
- Experience in administrative tasks is a plus
- Good command of the Dutch and English language in both speech and writing
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Proactive and independent work attitude
- Knowledge of logistic processes is an advantage
